Photography is a subjective medium that demands laser focus and artistic flair. Great photographers juggle time and space to achieve seemingly impossible feats: perceiving and capturing what’s happening right now while simultaneously anticipating what’s just around the corner. We’re immersed in the present, yet in front of the action before it occurs. There’s an art and science to being in the right place at the right time.
Working with people, however, requires patience, flexibility, respect, and a sense of humour.
In over 30 years of experience behind the lens, I’ve learned that photography is about people. Great images are captured not merely through the click of a shutter, but through interaction: friendly smiles, good-natured banter, and a shared vision.
I am based in the South East suburbs of Melbourne and can travel depending on your requirements.
